Who handles your enquiry

FundsUp (fundsUP B.V., the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 64435210) is responsible for the contact details you share through this website.

What we collect

The investor enquiry form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide your phone number, organisation and a message. We record the time of your submission and your agreement to be contacted. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use your details

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your interest in the FundsUp global community. We rely on the consent you give when submitting the form. Your enquiry does not create a platform account, sign you up for a paid membership or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database, hosted on Cloudflare through Sites. Authorised people managing FundsUp can access submissions for follow-up. Infrastructure providers process data to operate the website and its storage. We do not publish your enquiry on the website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any agreed follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your enquiry.

Your requests

You can ask for access to your details, a correction, deletion or a copy, and you can withdraw your consent to further contact. Use our contact form with “Privacy request” in the message, or contact the team through the official FundsUp LinkedIn page. You can also raise a concern with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies and website features

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It does not save enquiry details in your browser after submission. Hosting and access services may use technical cookies needed to deliver or protect the site.
